The staff was not helpful at all especially the reception guys. They said veg food will only be served till 8 pm and then non veg will be served. We were not treated well at all. We were travelling with kid and were harrased. Please dont visit this hotel.

Very poor category hotel. Please save your money and dont visit this place. The guys sitting at reception are extremely rude! They dint take any requests and when i tried to tell him, he even got angry and threw things in anger in front of me. There was no hot water in the morning too. Very pathetic service

Not a good experience at all. Starting from the manager sitting at reception, he doesn't bother about any guest. We reached at 11:15 am and asked him to send housekeeping guys to pick up the luggage from car but he denied saying that the luggage couldn't be kept inside the hotel before check in time as that may lead to losing the luggage. We had to go to gondola but had to wait for an hour because of luggage. Coming to rooms, they are quite small in size though centrally heated. Hot water timings are pretty limited. Food options were too limited and the taste was pathetic. Would not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

I don’t know why people are giving so much hype for these hotel booked seeing reviews location not good rooms are not clean and small to food is also not good. The manager Rashid is not bother he is busy seating in his chair and throwing attitude has ask twice to change are bathroom towels. Requested to Change bed line but they cleaned the present one and told that it is done we don’t have extra bedsheet. Seriously management should look into this matter.

Nice hotel, little away from main area. Rooms are quite nice but size is ok not big, I think mostly hotels there are like this only as there is limited space in such area. All services ok, centrally operated heaters. Hot water timing is limited, also buffet menu is very restrictive. Moreover service timings are very rigid, you cannot ask after there timings are over. Overall good place. Staff is also friendly and food quality is ok.
